  • Deposits/payments are non-refundable
  • If a guest makes a deposit/payment and needs to cancel, the deposit/payment amount may be used as a credit for a future stay that is booked within 12 months from the time of the cancelation. A credit email will be sent to the guest with the amount and the date the credit expires. The credit email must be presented at the time of rebooking to receive the credit.
  • Money will not be returned to the guest, any money paid will be available as a credit for a future stay.
  • The deposit amount is $ 500.00, and guests will pay the remaining balance upon check in to Casa de Campo.
