Event Cancellation Policy

1. in order to receive a full pro appearance fee you must have a complete paying team
2. If you have a complete team and all players purchase extra nights – Casa de Campo will allow you to stay for the same amount of extra nights bought by all players.
3. If you have a complete team and all players purchase a non-golfer product – Casa de Campo will allow you to bring a non-golfer for the minimum amount of nights bought by all players.
4. You will be charged any difference at Check in for extra nights, non-golfers, or non-golfer extra nights.
5. Prices shown are in Lodge rooms – prices may change if your in an Elite Room, Villa, or suite
Event Villas –
1. All Rooms in a Villa must be occupied, if you do not do so, each person in the villa will be charged the difference at check in.Players on a golf package
Replay rounds cannot be booked in advance. Replay rounds are based on availability the same day. You may verify the chance to replay with the golf shop following your first round.
If you would like to secure your replay round on any course with a guaranteed tee time- this round will be charged in full prior to your tee time at the hotel guest golf rate.
No shows for a round of golf on a golf package/Practice Round are subject to a penalty of the hotel guest golf rate by course
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all additional rounds of golf per person. All cancellations made inside 24 hours will be charged at the standard retail rate.

Some precautionary measures have been taken for your safety and the safety of our employees.Please arrive 30 minutes before your tee time. This will allow you time to have temperaturetaken and check in at the golf shop. Please be aware that masks are needed in the greetingarea, golf shop and caddie master.
Tee Times at Casa de Campo use the following guidelines

Players will share golf carts. Dividers are available if passengers would like to divide the driver and passenger. If a guestMUST have their own cart, the guest would pay the applicable rate for the second person that would be in the cart. Ie ifthe guest paid the hotel golf rate, he would need to pay it twice to have their own cart. All golf package guests wouldpay the hotel guest golf rate to secure their own cart.
Teeth of the Dog
tee times are scheduled every nine minutes from 7:30 – 9:27AM on holes #1 & 10 and 12:00 – 2:12pm onholes #1 & 10

Dye Fore
tee times are scheduled every ten minutes from 8:00–10:00AM and 12:40-1:40PM on holes #1 & 10 Tee Times are distributed on each nine based on availability. We will do our best to accommodate each request as nearas possible to the time and tee requested. Casa de Campo reserves the right to fill incomplete groups or changestarting tees at our discretion in order to maximize our tee sheet.
One caddie per four-some is mandatory on Teeth of the Dog, and is recommended on Dye Fore and the Links golfcourses.
Caddies operate as an independent contractor and must be paid in cash at the conclusion of each round.
Caddie Fees:
1-2 players - $25.00us, plus gratuity
3-4 players - $40.00us, plus gratuity
Walking the Course with the Caddie carrying the bag -$40 per bag plus gratuity. Amounts represent total amount due,NOT the amount for each player. In the age of Covid 19, we understand that some players may not want a caddie to interact with them while playing.Please note that if requested to the caddie, he will be more than happy to walk 25 yards behind the group and simplycare for the course while you enjoy your round.
Cancelations will only be accepted via email 24 hours prior to your reservation. All no shows or cancelations madewithin 24 hours of your reservation will be charged in full. To cancel your tee time please email Golf@ccampo.com.do.
Handicap Cart Policy:

Casa de Campo does allow disability carts for those players with permanent disabilities or a doctor’s note. All requestsmust be made seven days prior to arrival. Disability carts must have a Casa de Campo Caddie driving at all times. Thiscaddie should be paid 25$ plus tip. This caddie does not replace the forecaddie requirement on Teeth of the Dog.Please email us your ADA card or Doctors note.
Non Golfing Riders are subject to a riding fee of
US$25 plus 18% tax, which is paid directly on the Pro Shop. Subject tocarts availability.
Children under the age of 17 are not permitted to drive golf carts at any time.
Additional Services:
Rental Clubs: $75.00us Titleist T100’s, T200’s or T300’s with the New TS drivers, woods and hybrids, per day, per set, and$350.00us per week Rental Shoes: US$30.00
Driving range: US$24.00
Dress Code:
All players and non-playing riders, including juniors, must wear appropriate attire, including collared shirts andappropriate shorts or slacks. **Inappropriate attire includes: t-shirts, jeans or jean shorts, cut off shorts, bathing suits or tank tops. **

Jugadores en un paquete de golf
