Event Cancellation Policy

1. in order to receive a full pro appearance fee you must have a complete paying team
2. If you have a complete team and all players purchase extra nights – Casa de Campo will allow you to stay for the same amount of extra nights bought by all players.
3. If you have a complete team and all players purchase a non-golfer product – Casa de Campo will allow you to bring a non-golfer for the minimum amount of nights bought by all players.
4. You will be charged any difference at Check in for extra nights, non-golfers, or non-golfer extra nights.
5. Prices shown are in Lodge rooms – prices may change if your in an Elite Room, Villa, or suite
Event Villas –
1. All Rooms in a Villa must be occupied, if you do not do so, each person in the villa will be charged the difference at check in.Players on a golf package
Replay rounds cannot be booked in advance. Replay rounds are based on availability the same day. You may verify the chance to replay with the golf shop following your first round.
If you would like to secure your replay round on any course with a guaranteed tee time- this round will be charged in full prior to your tee time at the hotel guest golf rate.
No shows for a round of golf on a golf package/Practice Round are subject to a penalty of the hotel guest golf rate by course
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all additional rounds of golf per person. All cancellations made inside 24 hours will be charged at the standard retail rate.

Tee Times at Casa de Campo
Guidelines
- Teeth of the Dog: Tee times are scheduled every nine minutes from 7:30 – 9:27 AM on holes #1 & 10 and 12:15 – 2:12 PM on holes #1 & 10.
- Links: Tee times are scheduled every nine minutes from 7:30 – 9:27 AM on holes #1 & 10 and 12:00 – 2:00 PM on hole #1.
- Dye Fore: Tee times are scheduled every ten minutes from 8:00 – 10:00 AM and 12:40 – 1:40 PM on holes #1 & 10.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will only be accepted via email 24 hours prior to your reservation. All no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation will be charged in full. To cancel your tee time, please email Golf@ccampo.com.do.
Caddie Policy
- One caddie per foursome is mandatory on Teeth of the Dog and Dye Fore and is recommended for the Links golf course.
- If you arrive without a caddie reservation, visit the caddie master at Teeth of the Dog® or Dye Fore, and a caddie will be assigned to you.
- All caddie fees, including tips, are paid in cash directly to the caddie. Rates include tips per group:
- One Player – $50
- Two Players – $50 total for both players
- Three Players – $80 total for all three players
- Four Players – $80 total for all four players
- Walking Caddie Carrying a Bag – $80 per bag carried
If you feel the caddie did outstanding work, you are welcome to tip above the recommended amounts. Please note: these amounts are total, not per person.
Our caddies are ambassadors to our courses at Casa de Campo. Teeth of the Dog® is a national treasure, and our caddies ensure the course is well cared for during each round while providing a memorable experience. Caddies may take time to complete tasks such as raking bunkers before assisting further.

Additional Policies
- Disability carts are allowed for players with permanent disabilities or a doctor's note, with requests made seven days prior to arrival. A Casa de Campo caddie must drive the cart.
- The rider fee is $50 plus 18% tax, payable at the Pro Shop and subject to cart availability.
- Children under 17 years old are not permitted to drive golf carts at any time.
Additional Services
- Club rentals: $80 per person per day (Titleist T100’s, T200’s, T300’s with TS drivers).
- Rental shoes: $40 plus tax.
Dress Code
All players and non-playing riders, including juniors, must wear appropriate attire, including collared shirts and proper shorts or slacks.
Inappropriate attire includes t-shirts, jeans, cut-off shorts, bathing suits, or tank tops.

Jugadores en un paquete de golf
Las rondas de replay no se pueden reservar con antelación. Las rondas de replay se basan en la disponibilidad el mismo día. Puede verificar la posibilidad de volver a jugar con la tienda de golf después de su primera ronda.
Si desea asegurar su ronda de replay en cualquier curso con un tiempo de salida garantizado, esta ronda se cobrará en su totalidad antes de su hora de salida a la tarifa de golf del hotel.

Código de Vestimenta
Todos los jugadores y acompañantes deben usar ropa adecuada, que incluye camisas con cuello y pantalones cortos o largos apropiados.
